– 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs (cut bite-sized)
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ¾ cup cornstarch
– 2 eggs, beaten
– Vegetable oil (for frying)
ORANGE SAUCE
– ¾ cup orange juice
– 2 tbsp orange zest
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp rice vinegar
– 3 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp honey
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp grated ginger
– 2 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water

GARNISH

🍯 STICKY GARLIC CHICKEN
– 4 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
– ½ cup flour
– ½ cup cornstarch
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp paprika
– 1 egg + ½ cup buttermilk
– Oil for frying
SAUCE MAGIC
– 5 garlic cloves, minced
– ½ cup honey
– ¼ cup soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp chili paste (optional for heat)
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
